King of Clubs Champion Hoodie
The King of Clubs Champion Hoodie honors a real Dubuque neighborhood bar with a design created exclusively for Dubuque Clothing Co., built on a premium Champion hoodie blank and finished with soft, high-quality inks that stay comfortable through every season.
King of Clubs operated at 1902 Central Avenue from 1951 to 1993, and for decades owner Merlyn "Spike" Weber ran it as an unofficial bowling headquarters - sponsoring over 200 teams, sending 28 squads to ABC national tournaments and 45 to Iowa state competitions, and even creating his own King of Clubs mixed-doubles tournament. It’s a genuinely wild amount of bowling devotion for one neighborhood bar to be responsible for.
