The Grandview Milk House Throwback T-Shirt
The Grandview Milk House Throwback T-Shirt features a design found only at Dubuque Clothing Co., printed on a premium tee with soft, high-quality inks built to last.
The building at 620 South Grandview Avenue, on the corner of Bryant Street, dates to 1891 and started life as the T.J. Donahue Grocery Store before passing through a string of neighborhood grocers over the decades. Clem Welsh eventually turned it into the Grandview Milkhouse, and after Earl Tegler bought the property in 1977 it went on to house Two by Two and later the beloved Milk House Artisan Eatery, whose fresh-baked goods made the old corner store a neighborhood favorite all over again.
